2004 350z Wheels

I have a 1995 240sx that I am doing a 5 lug conversion on. Will have any any fitment problems with 350z wheels that I am purchasing? They are from a 2004. I am not sure on the wheels size because they made two 18 inch wheels that year if I am correct. One that was 7.5 wide in the front and 8.5 in the rear and another that was 1/2 wider respectively. I do know the stock tire size on them is 225/45 - 18 on the front and 245/45 -18 on the rear. Just in case it matters they are the six spoke 350z wheels. Thanks for your help in advance.

How did this come out? Am considering the same for my son's 95 240SE...
