2003 Sentra SE-R Spec V dies on idle Has no Check Engine Light. Not Burning Oil.

I have a 2003 SE-R Spec V that runs good and doesn't burn oil. But the car would die while on idle. I had the shifter in neutral in A/C was off. It doesn't happen all the time but it pops up randomly.Because of that issue I have recently replaced

Air Filter (Purelator)Oil Filter (Purelator)Castrol GTX OilNGK Spark PlugsNegative battery terminal cable

I also sanded the body where the cable connects for better contact and added extra ground on the engine.

The issue seems to have lessened but still exists. The car will idle good for a long time and sometimes it just drops. When it idles good it stays about 700-750 RPM.

Is it as you're going to neutral coming to a stop or just sitting?

Could be the MAF.

it can happen both on coming to a stop or while sitting in the driveway. But it seems to die more when coming to a stop. More like AFTER coming to a stop.

Hmmm... MAF still seems like the best culprit. I'll do some hunting.

i have the same problem my 02 spec v has been to nissan about 6 times and they dont know why its not idling right. have you found out anything to fix it?
