2003 sedan - why couldn't the factory just paint the whole car?!

anyone got pics of their 03 sedan thats got the skirts and front/rear bumper painted? post it please. also lmk the price. Thanks

Yeah, i was pretty upset that mine weren't painted. I plan on doing so in the future though.
