I am new to this site, so forgive me.

What are some performance parts I can get for a 2003 QX4.

Whats a good muffler? With mediocre sound increase?

Supercharger? Turbocharger? They have to make superchargers/turbochargers for the 3.5 Nissans don't they? Will any of them fit?

Is it possible to raise it? If not, is there a suspension kit to lower it about 1-2 inches and be stiffer?

Will any other Infiniti wheels fit the QX4? How could I find out? Call Infiniti?

Thanks alot guys.

There really isn't any performance aftermarket for the QX4.

WElcome to NICO bryan!

I would see what NISMO has out there. I would also email some of our sponsors if they have anything... You could at least have new mufflers welded in to make it sound nice.

Like driver said thers not a ton out there, but dont let that stop you. Theres not a ton out for the Q45s but thathasnt stopped me

LEt me ask, what are your goals?

There are a lot of different wheel options out there. THE QX/Pathfinder share the same bolt pattern as most other 6 bolt SUV's so thats a plus!

If they dont make an exhaust you could always consider having the rear muffler cut out and having a new one welded in. That will give you a nice sound plus killer looks..... I am not sure if any of the aftermarket goodies for the other 3.5's will fit the QX but id probably err on the side of them not.

I dont know if this works or not but it should. Take the 350z Intake manifold off one and put that on the qx4. One or two people I know with the 3.5 in the 4th gen maxima have done this. Performance from that is just a better flowing and i believe its Variable.

From what i know on the 3.5 FWD engines is that the precats are in the headers so if you can get new headers im sure ones from the 350z would work dont quote me that will free up about 20hp to the wheels. At least this is what happens on the 3.5 swapped maximas.

An Air-fuel controller could give you around 5-7 hp depending on how rich your car is running. And if you have a variable intake then get the VAFC2 because then you can use the vtec feature to controll the switch point.

You could always make a short ram intake with a Maf adaptor and a cone filter. Probally only frees up like 1hp put it makes a decent noise.

Stillen has a supercharger option for the 350z it could work on a qx4, i dont know i dont have a qx4 just looking for one and about to part out my Supercharged Maxima. Hope that helps with ideas you could look into.

hi, i have an 2003 nissan pathfinder and i have found that the best way to get proformance parts for the nissan 3.5L v-6 is not limiting your search for pathfider parts. look under the 350z, altima, and maxima parts. these are all basically the same engine, just different acc. mtgs. and other. if you are really in a bind to find the right part, they probably already make it for these other cars, and it usually is just a matter of efabing and fooling with mountings. Good luck!
