I have a 2003 Infiniti QX4 (Love the truck), but I have not driven it in over a month. I recharged the battery and now I have a high idle around 1500 rpms. I changed the air filter, cleaned the throttle body and cleaned the MAF sensor with maf cleaner. Idle is still high with no visible signs of damged vacuum lines. Any additional suggestions I should try?

Yes, try the idle air volume learning procedure described on page EC-69 of the factory service manual.

Tried the relearn a few times with no change. The next step is to check the PCV valve (hard to get to). Are there any easy tricks to get to this?

Nope, PCV valve is hell to get to unfortunately. Before jumping to that conclusion, spray brake cleaner or starting fluid around the engine bay with the engine on to help find a potential vacuum leak. If you spray and the engine RPMs rise, you have found a vacuum leak.

No go with spraying around the engine bay while engine running. I did however find an antifreeze leak right under the throttle body which I believe is the IACV and a little oil around the valve cover gasket. Looks like this is going to be a project for me to kick the spring off with. I normally get my parts from rockauto.com, but I don't see the gaskets I need. Where can I get the gaskets I need other than the dealer?

What gaskets are you looking for that RockAuto doesn't have?

I just got done doing valve cover and intake manifold gaskets, Victor Reinz from RockAuto.

IACV gasket under the throttle body.

That particular gasket is a dealer only item.
I replaced mine last month as part of my IACV replacement process.
I have a pic, but it's still on my phone, and I haven't downloaded it yet. I'll try and do that for you tomorrow.
The other possible source of the coolant leak is from one of the two small hoses going into and out of the throttle body.

Is there a code list to refer to for the QX4/pathfinder, Specifically P0507 & P0057?

The EC section of the factory service manual has all the info for every engine code.
