2004 Quest SE starts and quits after 3 seconds

My 2004 Quest SE quit while driving last week 156K.
I was lightly accelerating from a stop sign and it stalled. when I tried to restart it ran for three seconds then quit. Tried many times and did the same. towed the van home and started my diagnosis.
Checked under dash Fuel Injection fuse good, Fuel pump fuse (under hood) good, Relay good. I pulled the rear interior and Carpet to get to the top access panel for the fuel pump (power at the pump checked good) I dont have a fuel pressure gauge but the pump is the original so I replaced it. (online 50 dollars)
Car starts for three seconds then stalls after replacement

security light not on, CEL light not on while running, no codes indicated. it reacts the same with either of the ignition keys.

Please let me know if any of you have any ideas before I have this towed to a shop.

( 140K ecm replaced due to typical corrosion of the bottom cover, 152K - timing chain, tensioner, guides and water pump changed - I did it WITHOUT pulling the engine - same as the online videos for a maxima but I did have to drill through the body/frame rail to allow access for removing the central timing cover bolt. - sorry I took no pictures)

Update - Found the issue - Intake plumbing between MAF and throttle plate failed at the bellows, bypassing the MAF which caused the engine to shut off. checking the engine mounts to see if they failed and allowed excessive engine movement.
