I have replaced my rotors and pads, but still have pulsation that only occurs when braking. It seems like a vibration when braking at higher speeds. I am thinking it may be my ABS ? Could there be anything else I am not thinking of.
Rotated and balanced tires and nothing as well.

:welcome: to NICO!

The suggestions in your thread in general chat are good ones... I'd check to make sure your hub run-out is within spec. Also new rotors could have been dropped during shipping - so make sure they're true. The FSM should give you specs for all of that. http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/

Also, here's a link to a TSB from Infiniti regarding all kinds of brake issues and how to fix them. I think you've covered a lot of this, but reading it might spark an idea you haven't thought of.

Good luck!

All that, and could you clarify if the pulsation is only in one particular corner, one side, or front/rear? Having an assistant here will be extremely helpful, since you'll need to focus on driving. Have them sit in front and back. In the back, when it's safe, have them move around and listen for the source wheel. Also, can you feel the pulsation in the brake pedal? Is the ABS warning light on?

One thing to check, on a deserted backroad, get up to 50 and slam on the brakes as hard as you possibly can. It can be rather dramatic, but the wheels should NOT lock up. If they do, you're in trouble.
