2003 Phone pre-wiring, backup camera questions

I am looking into getting a 2003 Q45. The information I have says that it's prewired for cell phone, but does not go into any detail. I know that there are plenty of after market bluetooth kits that come with speaker, mic, and wire into to the radio to silence it, but I assume that the pre-wiring for the Q should handle that sort of stuff.

I currently have a 1991 Q45 that I bought new. It was prewired for cell phone, but I never did anything with it. I checked my owner's manual and the service manual, and the information about this feature is too spartan to be helpful. Is there more information available about this for the 2003?

Another question I have is that if the particular vehicle has a navigation system, but no backup camera, does that necessarily mean that it's wired for the camera, and one could be added somewhat easily? I added a camera to an Acura that was pre-wired for one, and it was an easy task. But the documentation was easy to come by, and the hardware was cheap.

With Infiniti, I'm finding it hard to get even the most basic information about accessories. Even for a 2006, the Infiniti website no longer lists accessories. Is there any source for on-line documentation for the 2003, and lists of available accessories?

There was a phone hook-up avaliable but you can't buy it any more. There are several bluetooth hookup systems that seem great and probably would be more seamless than what use to be offered.

If you have navigation a back up camera can be added. You will need to add a video interface which can be searched for on the internet. Places like tweeter will do it but it will cost over a thousand dollars.
