2003 Pathfinder with 180,000kms what maintenance

OK so here's the deal, I got a 2003 Pathfinder with 180,000 kms, have owned it since 50,000 kms and have done no little more then oil changes, brakes, and a set of tires. I'm sure she's long due on some love, the only parts that has failed is an O2 sensor and an Evap Vent Control Valve. So what should I be spending money on? I'm thinking; serpentine belt, front/rear diff, transmission oil anything else? I don't mine doing some things but for this I'll be sending it into the shop and I don't want them to talk me into stuff that I don't really need.

Spark plugs are due at 168k KM. Use the OEM specified NGK spark plugs only (part number found in MA section of the FSM).

Engine coolant, transmission fluid, transfer case, differentials, power steering fluid, brake fluid, serpentine belt, grease the front driveshaft, fuel filter, cabin air filter, engine air filter... basically everything is "on the menu" if it hasn't been done before.

Fluid recommendations:

• Engine coolant: OEM green concentrate
  ATF: Castrol Transmax Import, Nissan Matic D
  Transfer case: any synthetic ATF claiming to meet Dexron III specifications
  PSF: same as transfer case
  Brake fluid: any DOT3 fluid
  Serpentine belt: OEM
  Grease: any meeting NLGI No. 2 lithium soap base, preferably synthetic
  Fuel filter: Wix/NAPA Gold
  Cabin air filter: Wix/NAPA Gold
  Engine air filter: Wix/NAPA Gold, OEM, FRAM
