Use a bottle of Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner (not Pro-Gard Injector Cleaner) and see if that clears up the rough idle.

How many miles are on your Pathfinder?

Spark plugs are due at 105k miles, so they may be getting close to the end of their useful life. Are you the original owner of this Pathfinder? If not, do you know if the previous owner might have replaced the spark plugs with improper plugs earlier?

Check all the intake plumbing for looseness and potential leaks. Use starting fluid or brake cleaner and spray around the intake with the engine running - if the engine surges in RPM, you have found a leak and you should fix it.

After running the Techron, change the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed within the past two years.

Is your "service engine soon" light illuminated?
