Hello All,
My name is Josh and I happened upon this awesome resource while attempting to track down the cause of the rear end sway in my Pathfinder.

I have a 2003 Pathfinder LE with 133300+ miles, I am the second owner, this first owner was a family member. Ive been driving the pathfinder since 2005. No suspension parts have been replaced on the pathfinder since it was new.

I know some of the trailing arm bushings are bad, and I can see that at least one bushing in my driver side control arm is bad.

In the rear I plan to replace all four trailing arms and bolts, I am looking at the Dorman 905-803 and Dorman 905-804 for the lower, and Dorman 905-802's for the upper. I found new bolts at 4x4parts. I also plan to replace the shocks, I am looking at the KYB Gas-A-Just (KG4163). I also plan to replace the coil spring, and have found some MOOG 8115's. I am not interested in changing the ride height. Are these choices OK? Does anyone recommend anything different? Also while I'm doing this are there any other parts I need? or any other parts I should replace?

Now for the front, I cannot find any new coils, and I don't know what control arms I should go with. Guess I should change the ball joints too while I'm at it. I plan to install KYB GR-2's up front (KYB335035, KYB335036). Does anyone have any recommendations for Coil Springs or Control Arms up front? What else will I need for the front end?

I appreciate any help or suggestion I can get from those who have done this before.

I had the same problem with my 2001 QX4 I replaced all the trailing arm bushings (4 of them). with a kit from Whiteline suspension. As well as the front bushings too. Here is their info...

http://whiteline.com.au/do_segue4.php?m ... =5%2F95-03

Start there and find a distributor near you. Shipping from Australia is redonkulously expensive! (You might wait about a month and a half for them to be produced). I would also cut about 1 1/2" from the rear bump stops as well. (When I worked for Infiniti AND Nissan, we had numerous complaints about bottoming out on some bumps and we contacted the factory many times, but they had no cure, until I cut a set and showed my DPSM {District Parts & Service Manager} the customer was ecstatic over the no more bottoming) I also cut them on my own QX4 just a few weeks ago when I replaced my bushings with those urethane ones from Whiteline. I wouldn't worry about springs yet. But when you replace your front struts do your self a favor and replace the upper perch & bearing assy's.

I hope this info. helps you solve this issue.
