2003 Pathfinder LE, want to upgrade tires/wheels/audio

I'm pretty sure some of this has been discussed but I was having quite a difficult time trying to find it. I have the '03 Pathfinder LE and I love it to death but I'm really not a big fan of the BOSE cd-changer/dual-din setup. I was just curious what people have done (I saw one mod of an avic Z2 on a pathfinder but it was an 01) to their 03's or similar for a nice navigation. My only gripe is the nav screen is too low and I'd prefer in-dash with a tilt, can't seem to find many good ones that have a nice tilt.

Also, I'm a big fan of the QX4 wheels, and would like to upgrade from 17" to 18"... seems like that's the biggest I can go without adding lifts or modifying anything. I've heard you have to bore holes to make it work, and I've also heard there are converter kits, but can not find any information on them.

Anyone done this? and have any reading material on it? I'd be greatly appreciative.

You can go bigger than 17/18" w/o modifications, but the rubber will have to be lower profile.

all have approximately the same aspect ratio. You just have to watch the offsets.

If your changing the headunit I'd suggest swapping out all the old BOSE equipment (speakers and amps) and installing aftermarket (reasons can be found in other threads).
