2003 Pathfinder auto head lights stay on

New problem this week which caused a batter drain.
When the headlights are in auto mode they remain on after the igition is turned off and all doors
are closed . Any advice for a fix would be appreciated . THX

Not sure if it's the same for your Finder, but my old Lexus appeared to have that problem as well with it on auto mode. The headlights would stay on until I locked it via the keyfob button of its factory alarm system, then they would turn off.
