Ok So I got my car back from the shop. I am not an expert by any means, but I'm learning. So they replaced my AC condenser. I finally have cold air again. About a year ago a roommate and I replaced the compressor (clutch/compressor). That went inactive for a few months while I dealt with the body shop on the condenser (accident). So I get it back, now I have a squeal that’s intermittent. I'm thinking it’s the belt for the ac. It only lasts for a few seconds, a bit loud. I can feel the strain on the engine while it’s happening. Am I at all on the right train of thought? Is it just the belt being too tight, or has the compressor/clutch gone bad again? Or is it possibly something they did with the Condenser? Any suggestions? Anything I can do to know for sure what it is? Getting married in a few months and don't have a lot of cash for shops.

I would start out by replacing the belt and making sure it's tension is correct. I had this issue on my Frontier when I bought it. At first, mine would chirp just as the compressor would cycle on, but then started squealing when I would pull away from a stop light, etc... My idler pulley was rough, so I replaced the bearing in it.
