Since my last post on Jan 6th, I am not getting the P1165 error code anymore. I did however come up with something that is hard to explain. I continually get the P0507 (high idle), as for the P1130, (which makes driving difficult when trying to accelerate, and it's like someone is turning the engine on/off...on/off...etc.) I have a OBD2 diagnostic attached at all times now, because, when the P1130 error appears, I can run the diagnostic, clear the codes and the vehicle will run FLAWLESSLY for hours.

So, after I turn the vehicle off, there is a 66% chance that the P1130 will return, and run like crap. the other 33% of the time, vehicle starts and runs FLAWLESSLY. No rhyme or reason on when it runs great or doesn't.

Any and all help/suggestions/etc. would be greatly appreciated.

There is a pretty good explanation of p1130 at this link:

P0507 is high idle, often caused by a vacuum leak.
I would pull the hoses off of the Swirl control valve control solenoid valves, and make sure they are not plugged. Also make sure they are not split - my guess is you will find some kind of vacuum leak.
