1) My heat makes a loud humming noise when. It appears to happen most of the time, but especially in colder weather and when it first comes on. If I turn the heat up, sometimes the noise goes away. 2) Washer fluid just stopped working. When I attempt to turn it on, I do not hear the motor. I am assuming that the motor needs to be replaced, but before I go through the expense, I wasn't sure if this could be a fuse. I attempted to find the fuse for the windshield washer motor, but couldn't. Is there a fuse dedicated to it.

3) The passenger wiper arm is very loose. I attempted to tighten it down, but it appears that the problem is beyond tightening the bolt. When I move the arm the entire assembly underneath the bolt moves. Should this do this? The reason I noticed this at all was because my wiper blades were hitting eachother. I noticed that the passenger one seems to have a noticeably bigger bend in the arm and I thought that was the issue. So if the assembly is suppose to have that type of movement, would replacing the arm solve the problem.

I would appreciate any advice.

Is it possible your washer fluid froze? There should definitely be a fuse somewhere, or maybe a circuit breaker that re-sets itself (like most wiper motors; circuit breaker instead of fuse, so you don't lose wiper power at crucial time).

MAYBE there is a loose nut behind that wiper arm post that should be holding it tight??

I'm stumped on the heater noise issue.
