2003 Nissan Altima Throttle Body cam on. The code was P

I have a 2003 Nissan Altima. Service Engine light came on due to my RPM's fluxuting between 600 and 1500 rpm's. Usually stays at 1500 rpms when in park or neutral. The code reads P0507. Was told it was a throtle body. I took the throttle body off of the car and cleaned it with throttle body cleaner. Seemed to help for a couple of day but back to its old tricks. Do I need a new throttle body?

check for recalls,if the throttle body motor works other than idle the manual says to replace ecu.you ecu can be reflashed if it has never been done,03/04 have recalls available for crank sensor issues.
