2003 Murano AWD Front Seatbelts - Reputable online parts dealers?

Hi all,Our new dog chewed through the driver side seatbelt on our 2003 Murano AWD. We took it to the dealer and were quoted $230 for the parts and another $600 so for labor

We have a family friend knowledgeable in Japanese car repair who has graciously offered to repair it. Does anyone know of a reputable online parts dealer? Somewhere that sells authentic Nissan factory parts? Preferably discounted?
