What fuses and relays do I need to check? I overcharged it and the pressure relief valve released a bunch of refrigerant. I put the system in vacuum but the clutch won't engage. The IPDM active test didn't engage the clutch, but the table given doesn't really help.

●Magnetic clutch malfunction
●Harness/connector malfunction between IPDM E/R and magnetic
clutch
● IPDM E/R (integrated relay) malfunction

That doesn't really give much to go on. What should I look at?

edit: I checked fuses 6, 10, 11, 12, and 19 based on page ATC-80. Sigh, I thought it would be a fuse. I see I should use a test light after running the test again to make sure the clutch is getting power. FML

The clutch is driven off fuse #79 in the IPDM. See the wiring diagram on ATC-65 here...
https://www.nicoclub.com/service-manual ... %2Fatc.pdf
...and the IPDM layout on PG-44 here:

The fuse is upstream from the A/C relay, so it doesn't tell you anything about the relay. Check for power at IPDM pin 28 Yellow/Black during the IPDM test. If that doesn't light up, the A/C relay or IPDM is bad (obviously try a new relay first). If it does light, check Y/B at the compressor. If that doesn't light then you have a wiring issue, if it does then you have a bad clutch.

Thank you! When you say pin 28, is that the pin in connector E7 on the IPDM on the passenger side engine compartment?

Yep.
I found that fuse was blown but when I got it going and charged it makes a loud fast clicking sound. The A/C is working but isn't fully charged, about 3 ounces low, and I'm going to use an oil recharge can later, however is this a sign that I damaged the compressor by overcharging?

It definitely shouldn't be clicking, and the fuses don't generally blow for no reason. So the clutch is probably shot. It's unlikely you damaged it with an overcharge, unless perhaps it blew out a seal. The ECM won't let the compressor start if the static pressure is dangerously high, and will shut down if it goes too high during operation.
