I just bought 03 Maxima SE. I got CD based Navigation installed, is it possible for me to upgraded to DVD Navigation? If yes, so will I be able to play DVD videos? And can you give me some suggestion, that where can I get it and how much is going to be.

Going to an aftermarket system is really the only way to do it.
