2003 maxima power seat lifter stopped working

The seat still moves back and forth, just no more seat lift. How is this repaired? When you try to adjust, you get a buzzing noise. Is it worth the cost to repair, if so, how much??

Power seat motor replace is a 2 hour job, can't help with the price of the part though. I do not recall if there is a separate motor for each of the two function...--Mike
