2003 m45 TCM

Im looking to buy a used tcm but on ebay i see 2 different ones. One with part/model number A64-000 NK9 and the other is A64-000 NK8

They both looks the same not sure if there any differences or we have 2 tcm in the car?

I would run your VIN through an Infiniti OEM parts site...might be the same part just one has a newer part number.
