Hi I have a 2003 M45 and the steering wheel does not tilt downward. I wonder if 2006 has the same parts if so can you get the motor for it?

The tilt motor is p/n 48990-AG360, but it's discontinued. It only fits '03~'04 0n the M45, but it fits '02~'06 on the Q45. If it just has a bad motor but the gearbox is okay, you could also consider having it rebuilt by a place like Eurton Electric.
