Is there a check engine light or possibly a code that is pending (won't trigger the light)?

Only thing I can suggest is finding a friend who is good with a voltage tester and testing the voltage of the various crank/camshaft sensors, coilpacks, MAF's, etc. Much of that info should be in the FSM (can be found on NICO).

well interestingly enough I have noticed a bit of hesitation every time I started the car less then 10 seconds and it went away today however car wont start, I checked fuel pressure first, it seemed low so I replaced the pump since I had one anyway, now there is lots of fuel pressure but it still wasn't starting, checked the codes got a P0340 cam position sensor bank 1. pulled out the top sensor cleaned it up put it back in and still no go went browsing around found that there is a second sensor on the second cam so just pulled that out put the top sensor in the bottom, connected the wire but found I couldn't bolt it down, put the one from the bottom in the top and again couldn't bolt it down, but the car started, so I took both out again and cleaned them up and put them were they belonged and the car started fine again. so at this moment I think I will be finding the bottom cam sensor and replacing it and hope it doesn't leave me stranded in the mean time.

Those cam/crank sensors usually start to go around 100-120kmi or so...how many miles on your car? Also, cleaning them of the tiny metal shavings could definitely give you a few more miles of use if they are starting to miss behave.

They are likely discussed in the factory service manual (FSM). See my FAQ link in my signature at the top of that page should be a link to the FSM's.

Here's a link to help you locate the camshaft sensor. Just remember that there is only one camshaft sensor. It is the same part as used for the crankshaft sensor.
Here's further reading:

EDIT: First try swapping the camshaft sensor and the crank sensor (located underneath the car at the trans bellhousing) to see if anything changes.

For the VDC issue, it could be a bad wheel sensor, but I've gotta ask, have you checked your brake fluid level?

I have a 2007 M35x and just experienced the same thing. Stalling , VDC and slip lights. For me it was the right side cam sensor. and the cost of the part was about $100 and did the swap myself and wasn't hard. Hope this helps.

Recall for the crankshaft sensor replacement kit is from vin numbers last four digits 0042 - 0064 so it's like 22 cars my last four are 3830 so to make a long story longer I'm gonna have my mechanics get me a price on replacing all the sensors from the crank and cams .. my vdc slip abs light has been on four years and I just paid 100 bucks for them to tell me it's the front right abs sensor AGAIN this is like the 3rd time I don't know if those things get ruined from the guys who rotate the tires or what but I'm def not fixing that again gonna let you guys know how I make out on the crank and cam sensor replacements thanks all for your feedback !!

Time, buddy. She's a brutal mistress.
I'm guessing age has caught up with the ABS components in your car, just like it happens with the TPMS sensors.

And for the sensors, to be clear I meant to say that you should take the top one, install it at the bottom and vice versa just to see if the vehicle behaves differently or if a code pops up.
Or you could just look at them and wipe any grime off them then reinstall them.
These actions are free and relatively quick to do.

Semantics here, but do you mean to say that you did:
1. Both the cam sensor and the crank sensor
Or
2. The 2 cam sensors + one crank sensor?

Yes to which one, 1 or 2?
I ask because the wrong components could have been replaced. It gets confusing around this engine sometimes.
