2003 M45

OK, i searched and could not find enough information...please help..i am a newbie:

Where do they sell the performance mods (if any) for our year M45..i am not expecting alot but i cannot find an exhaust or intake...what are you all doing for exhaust aftermarket?? i even looked on some JDM websites!! Is there anything out there that can increase the horsepower??

BTW- I love this car, i have the Emerald green with Black interior and look forward to posting my enhancements to the car shortly
