Welcome to NICOclub.
The part numbers are slightly different between the M & Q, but those in the know say these variations are insignificant. Either one should work, but I would rather get the correct one.
Sorry, I can't help much with aftermarket support. The front is rather unique to that platform, the rear is shared with the 350z.
Personally, for a little over $500, I'd get the OEM ones and forget aout it for another 15 or so years.
