2003 m45 lower control arms

I looked around the forum for a while and didnt find this question. I need both lower control arms on both sides. They pretty much are only sold by infinity, but I did see on Infinitiparts.com that the Q45 and M45 can both use the lower control arm sold by them. So my question is did the 2003 M45 and Q45 share the same control arms and if so would a aftermarket Q45 control arm work on my M? Thanks. Just joined

The part numbers are slightly different between the M & Q, but those in the know say these variations are insignificant. Either one should work, but I would rather get the correct one.

Sorry, I can't help much with aftermarket support. The front is rather unique to that platform, the rear is shared with the 350z.
Personally, for a little over $500, I'd get the OEM ones and forget aout it for another 15 or so years.

Thanks for the answer. There is a real small difference in them, enough to were I just got 2 used for the M45 for a total of $165 from a junk yard. The ball joints were solid so it should be fine. $500 plus labor is a little to steep lol. Those things are ridiculously hard to find for aftermarket parts.

I'm experiencing a similar issue...with a bit of a twist. Was wondering if anyone knows if the stateside front lower control arms (sadly, only available from Infiniti) for the 03 M45 are compatible with the JDM 03 Y34 Gloria? I live in Japan. Thanks.
