2003 M45 Front Seat switch... ????

can anyone tell me if the front seats in a 2003 M45 can be switched, i.e., the drivers seat for the passingers seat.......... as with most cars, the drivers is getting worn and the passinger's is like new....... any ideas........... thans.... sam

It may get very complicated. The seat controls would not be assessible if the switch was made. If you move them the controls would be between the seat and the center console.
