2003 M45 Current Recommendations For Trunk Lifts

My quick search of the forum didn't show any recent discussions on the gas cylinders for the trunk lid. Everything I'm seeing currently is fairly expensive for a support cylinder or out of stock. Anyone with a good source for these?

It's been many many many years since I bought lifts...but I got mine last time at a local parts store. Was that where they were expensive? You might be able to try eBay and get some generic ones...

I shopped around onine, prices all over the place, some well over $100 each! Not ued to seeing those lift supports going for so much!

I know I only paid about $20 a piece for some good ones for my '06 M45 hood. I googled and found a company online that sold the right size and end type.
