So after getting a CEL on my 03 M45 with 138k miles, I've pulled the following codes using the Torque app:

p1148
p0152
p0031
p0174

I've read up on these on google & it's confusing, between o2 sensor/connectors/heaters going bad, and the A/F sensors going bad. Does anyone have any insight into these or know any additional steps besides looking for vacuum & intake leaks? I don't see any problems with vacuum hoses or connections or the intake.

The car's been great so far, no problems except for the fuel sending unit which was fixed under warranty.
Thanks!

Also here's the report from the specific report Torque app:

One thing that struck me as odd, is that the CEL came on suddenly, yet both banks seem affected.

Current Fault Log
------------------
P1148: [Nissan] Closed Loop Control (Bank 1)
[Seat/Audi/Volkswagen] O2 Control (Bank 2) System too rich

P0152: O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0031: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0174: System too Lean (Bank 2)

Pending Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no pending faults

Historic Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no historic faults
Other discovered fault codes
(possibly pending, current or manufacturer specific)
----------------------------------------------------
ECU reports no other fault codes logged

End of report.

I don't know for sure but it sounds like I've seen something like this in an earlier post. I believe the issue was related to the TB and the MAF. You're right it doesn't make sense. One reading is stating the car is too rich the other is stating it's too lean lol. What else can that torque app do and which bluetooth OBD2 did you get? I was wondering if you can get down into the canbus sensor readings?

Hey I'm using the BAFX OBDII adapter, it seemed to have the best reviews on Amazon. I plugged right in & sync'd with my Galaxy tablet.
It has a test mode that seems to spot the out of range voltage referenced in one of the fault codes. It also will allow me to select an O2 sensor & graph whatever sort of signal the ECM is reading from the sensor. There are some youtubes & other stuff online I still need to get thru to try to improve my interpretation, however from what I've seen so far, just throwing O2 sensors at the car isn't necessarily the fix. Although with the amount of miles on the car, one or more failing O2 sensors wouldn't seem unusual.
