2003 M45 camber measurement

After getting my car aligned, the paperwork for my alignment said that my left rear was at -2 camber. All of the other tires were within spec. Mechanic stated I need a cam bolt to fix the camber. Naturally when it comes to parts for our cars I couldn't find anything.

Therefore, I'm asking is there a part I can use from another Nissan/Infiniti vehicle to take care of this problem? If not, is driving with -2 camber nothing to worry about as long as rotate tires.
