Does the original rear-view mirror on the 2003 Infiniti i35 have a lever at the bottom/back for day/night adjustment?

I understand that the rear-view mirror automatically dims and adjusts for glare. However, should there be a lever at the bottom/back of the mirror for manual adjustment?

Did the original manufacturer's mirror contain such a lever?
