2003 I35 Blower motor not working

Blower motor stopped working. I replaced the fan control amp and I thought it was fixed. Worked for a day and went out again. Any ideas?

Strange that FCA failed within a day. Did you check if the blower is free to spin? Refer to the link below. There is a Blower Motor diagnostic starting on HA-66.
