My wipers - on the downward motion are going too far - or have too much power. They seem to be over compensating. No - i didn't use them in the winter to clean my windshield without cleaning the snow off first, nor did i put any pressure on them in any way - they were used normally. It's funny though - as it cycles through eventually they will move normally without the banging noise - but they slowly being to take on that strange behavior. Not sure what I can do - I really don't want to take it to the dealer for what seems like a big ticket repair. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Joe

Can you take them off and "clock" them a bit higher?

Thanks for replying - Yes I could try that - but I thought it might be something else since they weren't subjected to any weight...

I'll give it a shot - thanks for the idea.

Joe
