2003 G35 Heater/Radio repaired but still having heat problem

I'm new here and I’m sure there is a post for this problem but so many posts; so little time. I have a 2003 G35 185k miles. I just got my heater / radio back from being repaired (the typical problem all the ‘sucky’ heater/radios have). Everything is working great except the heat. The only way the heat will come on is if I adjust the temp to 90 degrees. I tried all settings, disconnected + & - of battery. Did I miss something when I re-installed? Is there a re-set code? Frustrated…
