I have checked the fuses left side drivers floor pan as well as at battery area. All look good. Perhaps I am missing an obvious switch somewhere? They do not work when door is opened or manually via ceiling switches. Visor mirror lights as well. Ideas?

Your BCM(body control module) needs to be reset. Unhook the positive cable from your battery and let set for 5 minutes, Reattach the battery cable and your problem should resolved. You will lose your radio presets and any other memory settings you might have. If it solves your problem and the reoccurs your BCM will have to be replace(several hundreds of dollars). Good Luck!

Thank you Pippen99. I wonder if this failure has anything to do with my winter storage of vehicle? I park it in a garage that gets quite cold but not freezing and try and get out there to start it up occasionally but usually need to boost the battery on more occasions than not in the spring. After I perform "the fix" I will report my success. Thanks again.
