2003 FX 35 Alarm System After New Battey

I had a new battery put in and now the alarm system is not working, no blinking red light. I checked the panic buttonon the keyfob and it works. Could this be a fuse issue for the alarm and if so where can I check to see if a fuse maybe blown. Any help appreciated.

This system is working but the light does come on or blink.
