2003 Altima 2.5 starting problems

on startup, I get a little rev then it dies. Crank for 30 seconds and pump pedal and it will go to a low idle but does not respond to gas pedal after that (no rev/acceleration). It will sit and idle for as long as you want, and everything else seems normal, just won't accelerate. If turned off, acts the same on re-start... little rev then it dies. Again crank while pumping pedal it will return to low idle without response to gas pedal.

Ideas?
