I'm considering replacing my rear taillights for my 2003 M45, because they are old.

Here are my questions:
1. I got some rear taillights from the junkyard, thinking they'd both match. When i measured it, discovered they looked bigger.
When i checked that same lights, I discovered, they were for 2003 Q45, which has the brake lights below, and reverse light up, while in my M45, the reverse light is below, and the taillights looks smaller.

Can I instead of that, get a complete rear bumper with the taillights, and install, or the dimensions would be a problem?

2. Would a 2007 M45 sets of rear taillights fit properly, or I'd have to also procure everything with the bumper to fit?

Either option is going to require a good amount of modification. I don't imagine either would be a simple swap especially the 2007 M

Pretty sure the 2003 body size is different so you can just easily swap a whole bumper and lights out, plus you would need to modify the side panels too.

Have you checked Ebay? That is where I find tons of stuff for my 2006 and it is all cheap and in great condition.
