2002 vspec II problem pls help

I have come arcoss an R34 vspecII skyline, in box form and have been re-assembling it. i have the car totally together and everything functioning with the exception of what i belive to be the anti-theft system. when i key up the car it will crank and will not fire up, there is no pulse to the injectors, and no fuel pump turn on , ive been able to bypass the fuel pump and run it with ign. I have been told the anit theft systme will interupt the fuel and injector system in the car, I am looking somebody who has bypased the antitheft system. This car is a chipped key car so for reliability i would like to eliminate this system froom the car and install my own type of anti-theft system.

If anybody has had this issue,knows how to remidy this problem or has a vehicle schematic of this vehilce it would be greatly appreciated .
