How difficult is it to do?

Over the last 6 months, truck has progressively gotten harder to start. This morning the first 2 turns of the key did nothing, and truck started on the 3rd.... so I'm thinking I better get a new starter in ASAP...

You might check the battery (load test) and the chargeing sys.(alternator) first...might turn up something...good luck!
