hey im new to this and have a question,i have a 2002 nissan sentra se-r spec v with 128k im thinking about rebuilding it with forged internals. i wanted to know if its worth rebuilding or is there a swap i can do that would be better

do you want to rebuild it for a daily or for having fun? and if for having fun all motor or boost?

for now its my daily and im thinking about keeping it all motor and go boost sometime in the future. but i definetly want to build it

You need to set a goal. Just "building it" may hinder you in the future. Do you really was to go turbo or not? Depending on how you build it will affect the outcome if you boost it.

What are your HP goals and budget?

+1, there's definitely a fork in the building road when you do decide which route you want to go :)

yea your rite, did some thinking n i really wanna go boost and my goal is hp is 250 whp for now and my budget somewhere around like 3000

thats a very small budget for a build and boost BUT the build and boost would probly still be cheaper then doing a VQ swap but dont quote me on that

i plan to boost my car (whenever i get a job/money) and im going to use the Treadstone Performance kit and it cost roughly $3200 plus whatever shipping cost may be

If you're shooting for 250whp...you really don't need to build the motor :)

yea if only 250whp is what you want then that kit is actually gonna get you over that on stock internals BUT i highly suggest that you do a compression test to see where your at to know if you need to do anything internal
