Hello there im replacing my 2002 GXE struts with spec V ones. When i look online i see struts that are for the GXE and Spec v models. I think these are cheap aftermarket ones. Is there anywhere i can get OEM New or low mile Spec v struts? Thanks.

Every suspensions parts made for the B15 can apply and fit on all available trims made (XE/GXE/SE/SeR/SeRSpecV/18./1.8S). Shocks and springs rates were different depending the trim that's why you see some made for a GXE and SpecV.
