2002 QX4 Tire Sizing Question

The time has come for me to replace the tires on my QX4. I am on stock suspension and stock wheels/tire size (245/65/17). Will I be able to fit 255/70/17 without any major issues? If i have slight rubbing that is not a big issue. Before anyone has asked... yes I have searched the forums and other avenues for the answer but could not come up with any solid answer.

255/70 is bearly 2 inches taller...
