Don't have any brilliant answer, but my '02 Pathy's windows have worked fine from day one, regardless of the temp.It gets freekin' cold up here, and they may slow down a bit, but they still work, no problem.I suspect it's more your truck, and not a general problem. Start by lubing the window channels, and go from there. One other point worth mentioning: I oil spray my truck every year, to prevent (or at least slow down) the rust.Part of the process is to spray inside the doors, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it. The window mechanisms get oiled as a result of the spraying. The other positive side effect from the oil spray is that my door locks and latches never freeze/seize. Anybody in a cold climate will know what that is like when it happens.Hope this helps.
