I just discovered coolant leaking from my QX4. After some poking around, it seems like it's coming from the little 3" long rubber hose that connects the water pipe just above the passenger side VCG.
I'm 90% positive it is p/n#14055 in the following diagram:

Has anyone else had this issue? I lost a decent amount of coolant from just swapping parking spots so I'm a little concerned to drive it any considerable distance.
I tried to get my hand on the clamps on the hose - but it was almost impossible to get in there. Do I need to take the intake manifold off to get to it?
If so, are there any other parts I should consider replacing while I'm in there? The spark plugs were replaced along with the water pump and VCGs (although the passenger side VCG wasn't done right and weeps a tiny bit).
