Okay, I've gone though the recents and archived to locate an answer and still have not found a solution. Please Help!!! I am getting an error code P0011 & P0012 Camshaft Position Actuator A Banks 1 & 2 Timing over advancing. I was advised to pull the sensors and clean them. Only problem is I've found 1 sensor (on the front of engine) took off the bolt but sensor does not come out. It turns left to right a bit but I don't want to accidently do something wrong that will be worse. 2nd, the other sensor on the rear of the engine, I can't find. Is there a diagram available. I am a novice at this and am trying to learn to do these things on my own.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks

Your left and right motion of the CPS is probably your timing adustment. I would download the FSM at http://www.phatg20.net for more information.

Good luck!

Thanks for that info. I've downloaded the FSM and it does not mention how to remove the sensor or where the second sensor is. Thats the million dollar question! I don't want to force it out unless thats what required.

Any additional info appreciated.

Thanks
