2002 Quest: Power to radio and cigarette lighter off while in ON position

Hello all, I have a 2002 Nissan Quest that gets power to accessories (radio, power mirrors, cigarette lighter) when the key is in the ACC position, but is deactivated when in the ON position. Any ideas what could be causing this? I did replace the fuses 5 (mirror), 6 (cigarette lighter), and 10 (audio). They were burnt.

You probably have a bad ignition switch. Put a test lamp on the White/Green wire, it should have power in both the "Acc" and "On" positions. If it goes out when "On" then you have a bad contact inside the switch.
