If you could get this car for 22-23k I think it is very right. Good solid car and that would be alot for the money. The resale on these suck but if you plan to keep this for a 5-9 years you should be very good.

22-23k, does it include 4 yr Infiniti warranty?

It is a 2002, so the powertrain goes 7 years 70k anyways, I think it is 70k, but for sure 7 years. There is still some of the 5 year left on bumper to bumper too so at least any little thing that is wrong would be fixed ASAP.

A quick look at Autotrader you are getting a sweat deal in the 22-24 range. There are not that many of these sold, the looks leave alot to be desired, the interior and engine are awesome.

I think you're stealing it at that price level. There is nothing in Autotrader even close, they are getting 27,995 for one with 40k on it.

I don't think he saw it on autotrader, I was just doing a search to see what the 2002 is going for and it is pretty sad how low they are. In 2000 I bought a 1997 for 22k but most of them were more like 33-35k at the time. Mine was a factory buy-back due to a problem with the brakes that was fixed but the customer took advantage of the laws in CA that make it pretty easy to lemon a car. i couldn't find anything with less than 50k for under 32k in 2000... now that is is 2006 and you can get a 2002 for 22-23k, that rocks. While I don't like the exterior looks of the new Q, the interior and motor are sweet. With the relative horrible sales I think that a used 2002-2004 Q might be the best used car buy on the planet right now.

Jeff,I'm with you.I'll keep my 02 until the 06 are 4 years old. Just 2 1/2 to 3 years from now.Even if Infiniti comes out with a really upscale hot *** 08 Q50!! !!!!, the 06 will still be a great ride AND it'll tank in resale... ..(thank you infiniti) and If infiniti does nothing but a mild upgrade.....the 06 will tank further!!!!!!. ....either way, this small group of enthusiasts will benifit greatly. of course, I'm not starting a bidding war against the likes of faulk, elwesso & the others.....they know too much !! lol

mcrewsq

ps in 2-3 yrs faulk, elwesso etc. will have figured out all the mods for the f50!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there will not be many 05 and 06 Q's to even find. I heard 600 sold in the US last time I hear on 05-06. My dad's partner scored a 06' M45 sport and there was one Q on the lot, the dealer said he had it there "because Infiniti insisted he take one Q for truckloads of M's and G's...I heard you can buy them NEW below invoice. So, in 2008 finding an 04-05 might be like finding a needle in a haystack.
