Greetings to all,
Can someone tell me what the 'revised bracket for the driver seat' for the 2002 Q45 part number is? I'm feeling a little play in my seat and remember seeing something about a revised component. Thanks!

longlivetitus, I am feeling your pain. My seat rocks and twists when adjusting it sometimes, and flexes as if the frame is broken while driving, agresssively. That is something I am going to have fixed soon.

It's a common problem with the 02-04Q. The seat lifter link need to be replaced. Link assy p/n is L-87458-AR000, cost around $63.00.

There was a TSB but it only affected the 02 model. They fixed the issue from 03 on up.

Thanks djwarner for the part number and cost; by the way, have you done this replacement yourself? If so, is it quick replacement or would it take half a day? Thanks again you guys, always appreciated.

Sorry, mine was not broken when I bought the car. Got the info from a google search on the ITB.
