I had my pvc valves replaced as I live in a very sandy/dusty area and thought it might be the reason for oil burning.
I specifically said NO AFTER MARKET PARTS. The Infinity dealer sent a part # 11810-AR001. I've read the correct part # is 118126 N200. I can feel an improved difference in the performance but the idle now has a new "hic-up" when at a stop.
Also since the car only has 59,000mi @ 10 years old should I change the spark plugs.
Any ideas?

Thanks for all the great ideas guys.
It was a crack in one of the small air hoses. Problem solved.
